Owner | Personal Trainer | Sports Massage
Sean Elliott
Sean’s fitness journey began at 16, studying Sports Performance at Hartpury College. After a successful amateur golf career, earning a U.S. scholarship, he turned professional, winning his first tournament and placing in many others.
Injuries shifted his focus to coaching, earning him a PGA degree in 2009. In 2015, Sean became a certified Personal Trainer, specialising in Sports Performance and rehabilitation.
A passionate ultra trail runner, he won the 106k Isle of Wight Challenge in 2022 and placed in the top 5 (twice) in Race to the Stones. He is an experienced running coach and loves helping clients progress.
Sean’s dream is to create an inviting space at Buffalo Fitness Studio, guided by professionals who care about clients’ progress.

Sam Johnson
Sam is always on the lookout for the latest health, nutrition, and wellness trends to enhance the member experience at Buffalo Fitness Studio.
As the go-to person for Admin, Membership, and Marketing, she’s ready to assist with sign-ups, scheduling, and bookings, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Personal Trainer
Laura Jacob
Sport and exercise have always been central to Laura’s life, from playing a variety of sports in her youth to focusing on cricket, where she achieved success with multiple teams.
This passion led her to pursue a degree in Sports and Exercise Science at Oxford Brookes University, setting the foundation for her career in the fitness industry.
Specialising in strength training, Laura now focuses on injury prevention, overall strength, and promoting longevity through physical activity. She is committed to helping individuals reach their fitness goals while creating a supportive, motivating environment, believing that enjoying the journey is key to sustained success.

Physiotherapist
Dan Cluett
Dan serves as the First Team Physiotherapist at Oxford United FC, providing daily treatment and rehabilitation for the players.
He earned a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Malta in 2017 and began his career in professional sports and private clinics, treating a wide range of injuries.
Dan went on to complete a Master's in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Queen Mary University of London in 2019, specialising further while working with the Fulham FC Academy. With experience as Head of Medical at various clubs and in different countries, he has developed extensive expertise in sports injury management.

Pilates Instructor
Claire Garrard
With extensive experience teaching Pilates to both large groups and in one-on-one sessions, Claire’s approach is hands-on, ensuring each participant practices with precision to achieve the greatest benefit from their workout.
Claire has worked with a wide range of clients, including pre and post-natal mothers, runners, triathletes, individuals with back and core issues, and those seeking to enhance their body awareness and overall connection to movement.
