Buffalo Run Club was created by Coach Sean Elliott a passionate ultra trail runner who wants to help more people enjoy the benefits of lacing up and getting out the door! 

The goal is to create a local community to help people not only get access to the right coaching and information but also create a network of people you can get out the door with when you need it!

Meet at the Buffalo Studio in Stanford in the Vale. Just behind Court Vets AT 9:15 am (Approx 60 min)

Welcome to the Buffalo Fartlek, we combine the excitement of interval training with the spirit of community and freedom of Fartlek training principles. Our sessions are designed to challenge your speed and endurance while having fun along the way. Join us as we take our running to new heights. Open and scaleable to any runner at any level!

Our 8-week "Learn to Run" program is designed specifically for beginners, whether you're new to running or looking to improve your fitness. Each week, you'll progressively build your endurance and running technique in a supportive, encouraging environment.
