Video Gait Analysis Full Report & Results Breakdown Highlight your unique strengths and weaknesses, with recommendations on where to focus Consultation with a Coach to explain key metrics and optimise your performance

Expert guidance to set realistic goals and expectations Comprehensive assessment of your past and current running Personalised, data-driven training plans Ongoing support to stay on track and optimise performance every day Insights, analysis and feedback to help you hit personal bests or prepare for your next race

GAIT ANALYSIS 

The Process: We begin with a detailed video gait analysis, capturing exactly how you move. You get a full report highlighting your strengths, weaknesses, and key areas to focus on. Then your coach walks you through the results and shows you how to apply them in your training.
The Benefit: Know exactly how your body moves, prevent injuries, and make every run more efficient no guesswork, just actionable insights.

Duration: 45 minutes

Price: £65 Members, £75 Non Members
