Start your journey with a Buffalo Studio Membership, and enjoy a welcoming space, supportive community and access to everything you need to train with confidence.
Each 'Open Gym' membership starts with a full fitness assessment, a personalised training program and a one-to-one session to ensure you begin on the right track.
Our Open Gym is limited to 6 people per hour, ensuring you have the space,
focus and freedom to train at your best.
New for 2026: All members also receive InBody body composition scans every 4-6 weeks, along with programme updates to keep your training progressing smoothly.
Class only Memberships
Our coach-led classes blend strength, conditioning, mobility and functional fitness in a small-group setting. With a maximum of 8 people per session, you’ll enjoy focused coaching, smart programming and a welcoming community that pushes you to improve while keeping training fun and accessible.
Studio Plus +
Introducing our all-encompassing membership that combines Open Gym access with our Small Group classes.
Work closely with our expert coaches to build a personalised programme aligned with your goals, and enjoy a timetable of focused small-group sessions that fit seamlessly into your routine. A supportive environment, structured training and the flexibility you need, all in one membership designed to help you move, feel and perform at your best.
